Money, money, money

Money… I hate thinking about money! Why does everyone’s talking about money? I hate it. It seems like money is the only thing to talk about these days. I mean, I’m used to it. Since I was little, my family and me talked about money almost every day. How much (or more how little) money we have and how to spend it, “no, we don’t have money for this and for that”, “we need to save here and there” and so on… Some of my friends don’t have to think about spending money, they just do. They don’t have to make future plans of how much money they’ll have in two months because they all seem to have thousands of it on accounts on a bank, running by their parents. Because their parents are educated and loads of money earning doctors or engineers. But are parents with a ‘lower’ job less intelligent and are they less of significance for society just because they didn’t have the same abilities when they were younger? I don’t think so. I mean.. There are some money-related things in my family NO ONE KNOWS and that probably no one will ever know. Not even here on my blog I will talk about them. Yes, because I’m embarrassed and afraid of being treated different, if someone knows more about them. I don’t have to go shopping and buy at least 50 new rags to be happy nor do I have to travel half around the world to find ‘inner peace’. Many of my friends have been to so many countries and there is me who has hardly been more than a few hundred kilometres away from home. It just makes me sick and sad how materialistic people are like everthings revolving around money..
I’m sorry about writing that much, I just felt like writing down what spins through my head…I don’t know, I’m just tired about dwelling on non-relevant things like money because, in my opinion, there are so much more important things in life than money…
Anyway, have a nice afternoon everyone :)
Over and out.
